HOW TO USE

Sunscreen should be applied generously prior to sun exposure. It can be used alone, or mixed with a chosen cream five minutes after applying face cream. However, diluting the mixture will lower the level of sun protection indicated (i.e. SPF). To maintain protection, avoid intensive midday sun and reapply frequently, particularly after perspiring or swimming. Overexposure to the sun should be avoided, even when using sunscreen.
